I have always admired nature for its beauty. The abundance of colours and textures is truly inspiring. The sheer stroke of evolution genius. I have chosen to paint this beautiful creature for the memmories of childhood. Walks in the forest always had his vibrant shell in the grass.

So I have chosen 9 diverse beetles for their fascinating colours and builds…and then studied each with a brush and paint. I have then photographed and created patterns.
